We understand that plans do change. No charges exist for canceling a trip up to 24 hours in advance.

As soon as you create a booking with us, you will receive the booking confirmation via email or SMS. Please ensure your correct email and mobile phone information are entered under your profile on MICS.

For outstation, exclusive charges include Toll-Tax, Parking Charges, and Night Allowances (will be applied only after 10 pm).

Booked a sedan by calling Ram Niwas Ji. Though I could not meet him personally by conversation over the phone, I can predict how gem a person he is. He provided Etios.Cab was well maintained. The tour assistant cum driver Padam Singh Ji arrived airport on time and was polite with an entire demeanor similar to the chauffeur services provided by 5-star hotels. Never felt insecure or uncomfortable during the entire journey. Highly recommended.Awesome service. We interacted with three different employees of the service, over four days, where they helped us to commute to and fro between Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. Each one of the employees was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local scene as well as the places to visit. Interacting with them didn't feel like just a chore, it felt like the most natural thing in the world! That's something I can't say about most people. Another thing I greatly appreciated was the recommendations by the employees - whether it was for food, rest stops, or anything else. If/when we come to Rajasthan again, we will be availing of MICS' services again!
